Our Team

John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, specialising in the areas of business development, management and tax consultancy. Following the sale of his practice in 1978 John established and took equity interests in companies in construction, property development, medical technology and pharmaceuticals.
In 1983 John moved to England and subsequently was appointed as managing director of a specialist advertising group that was suffering financial distress. Following a successful restructure he moved to new assignments including property developments in Gibraltar and Spain. Upon returning to Australia in the mid 90s John has been involved in management consultancies, mainly assisting businesses in financial difficulties.
In 2002 he jointly, established The Huntley Group which provides managed investment services to investors, developers and promoters of Managed Investment Schemes (MIS) in Australia. The Huntley Group holds an Australian Financial Services License and acts as responsible entity, custodian, trustee and/or manager for a number of MISs. He is a Responsible Manager under the Responsible Entities AFSL.
