Costa has over fourteen years of banking, property, construction and insolvency experience, including senior property finance roles for Capital Finance Australia Limited, Bank of Scotland Australia Limited and Lloyds plc. Costa has extensive experience in real estate portfolio comprising of residential, retail, hospitality, industrial and commercial assets in Australia and New Zealand.
Costa was involved in the Lloyds International sale of a distressed property asset loan portfolio comprising 40 assets (with a face value exceeding $2 billion) from New Zealand and the Gold Coast.
Costa is currently a Principal in BRI Ferrier’s Sydney office and head of Property and Construction.
